I being your most loyal abiding subject of India, living in

Colony of Hongkong China, having suffered innocently from som

illegal action of the Sanitary authorities of this Colony while

serving in this Hospital department, as I havenot received the

treatment similar to other employees of this department, as many

of the employees have been punished several times and fined

various sums of money of $1.00 $2.00 $3.00 $5.00 and $10.00 for

neglect of their duties &c but are still working at their posts,

while I myself am never been punished or fined even a single

copper cent for neglect of duty, during my service in this

department, but am now dismissed innocently the full details of

the case are hereto attached.

Therefore I most humbly and respectfully beg to lay this my

grievance before you, and beg of you to convey it to his Majesty the King and to all members of the Cabinet, for your and their

favourable consideration and to reverse my illegal dismissal,

which will be a generous grant for me from Their Majesties, of the occassion of DEHLI DARBAR, as well as it has been given to

other people of India, last year.

Please pardon me for my having trespassed on your valuable

time.

Waiting for reply.

I remain,

sir,

Your most obedient servant,

Ex Peak Sanitary Watchman.
